Using Photo editing software to straighten images

Ok here is an example of a building that is at an angle. Using the Straighten tool in Paint Shop Pro you can make the building look normal, but it does come with a price. If you look at the original you can see more of the doors and of course the top of the steeple but in the edited version it chopped a lot of the bottom off to make the change. It all comes down to what the photographer wanted you to see in the original image. In this example I wanted the clock of the steeple to be focused on, so this changed did not affect my image.
